ACCOUNTING IN PREMIERE'S DYNAMICS CRM

How accounting works in Premiere's CRM Dynamics system

NoteThe Accounting function sits in the sitemap along with other items like Sales, Administration, etc.

However, if your role does not involve accounting functions, you will not see this item in your sitemap. If you think you should have access to accounting from your dashboard, please speak to your manager.

Seamless integrationThe system has been designed so that accounting-related activities such as contracts and invoices to integrate seamlessly with QBO (QuickBooks Online). This means that when a quote and contracts are created in CRM, the invoice can be pushed to QBO and automatically entered into the system.

This also means that when changes are made in QBO, such as invoice being paid or a change to a tax regulation, these changes are pushed back into the CRM system (immediately if desired, or automatically after a 30-minute delay).

Accessing accountingSelect accounting from the sitemap, and then select the item you want to access.

Get to know the ribbonThe ribbon (all the gray text under the blue bar at the top of the page) contains all of the things you'll want to do on a given form - and the options will change depending on what form you're on.

Selecting a viewAs with other areas of the system, the downward arrow beside the title of the form will allow you to change or filter your view as desired:
