In CRM, products are anything the organization sells, from physical products (like widgets) to services (like an overnight stay) to something in between (like the use of a parking spot),

Premiere Products

Premiere sells several things which are classified as products:

• Buildings (we don't sell whole buildings, but the buildings in which we have suites are classified as products in the CRM system)
• Suites (our core 'product' is time in suites)
• Parking
• Inventory items (barbeques, cots, etc.)

How products are organized

When thinking about products, it can be helpful to understand how they're organized in the system.

We refer to a building as the 'parent' product, with suites, parking spaces and other items as 'child' products of the parent record. This diagram may help to explain.
