TASKS

Tasks are activities, generally related to a specific contact or account, which are important to remember but which may fall outside of the usual activities like phone call, email, etc.

Sample tasks (from real-world Premiere examples):

• Dropping off game tickets
• Sending a baby gift
• Confirming a closing date
• Cancel insurance
• Book a site visit

Navigate to tasksFrom the sitemap, go to SALES >> ACTIVITIES.

Filter the list of activities to show tasks by clicking once on the arrow to the right of the word Activities:

From there, you can choose your filter and view as desired.
