THE SALES CYCLE IN CRM

Using the Premiere Dynamics CRM system to manage your sales process will help you track more leads, close more sales, and grow your repeat business.

You can achieve more consistent sales interactions by following the sales process as it takes you through each stage, from creating a lead to closing the sale. You also end up with a more complete history, which you can refer to later on if you plan to work with your customer again in the future, or if your customer needs support.

Your sales process begins with a lead—someone who is interested in the products or services you provide. Your leads might be automatically generated by Microsoft Dynamics Marketing, or they might come from other sources, such as website opt-in pages, email queries, or business cards you gather at trade shows.

CRM has 4 key steps in the sales process:

QUALIFYOnce you've created a lead in the system and determined that the lead is ready to make a purchase, you can qualify your lead.

Qualifying a lead in CRM converts it to an opportunity and you can develop it.

DEVELOPIn the develop stage, you identify a customer's specific requirements - in our case, this might include things like the location they need, what kind of suite they need, whether they need parking or inventory items, etc. - and come up with one or more options that meet their needs.

QUOTEOnce you have come up with options that meet the client's requirements, CRM will allow you to automatically generate quotes which include suite and other product details, pricing and other information.

The quote can then be sent from CRM directly to the client for review and approval.

CLOSEOnce the client has approved a quote and confirmed their reservation, the CRM system can help you ensure that their arrival, stay and departure process goes smoothly, seamlessly, and delivers a great experience.
