SUITES OVERVIEW

In the CRM system, suites are considered products.

Suite Details

In addition to basic product information suites have additional details like access dates, rates, ownership type and properties (like number of bedrooms, pet friendly etc).

These additional detail records are managed on additional records - outside of the base product record. This lets these records and properties be managed independently of the core product record. Most of these records are "date bound", that is the only apply to a certain non-overlapping date range. This lets you specifiy a suite as a Split in 2017 and Owner in 2018, or different rates per season etc.

These additional records come in three types

  • Suite Information for managing basic suite information like number of bedrooms, and bathrooms, Suite arrival and departure notes, other informational type fields
  • Suite Rates for managing Rates
  • Suite Contracts for managing ownership type, lease and split percentage amounts (where applicable) and access dates for a Suite

Adding Suites

To ease the process of adding Suites - which require multiple records to be published - a Business Process flow for adding suites has been created for you. Simply add a new product and select the product type as Suite. The business process flow will be activated to take you through creating all the related records and publishing your new Suite product record.
