Creating and Managing Housekeeping

Housekeeping records in CRM are CRM activities. They are assigned a specific due date and to a specific product (suite). They may also be assigned to a related order. Please see Activities for more information on managing Activity type records in CRM

Generate Housekeeping

To generate housekeeping for a reservation use the "Schedule Housekeeping" workflow dialog.

  1. Open the order you wish to generate housekeeping for
  2. Click the "Schedule Housekeeping" button in the ribbon
  3. Complete the dialog steps to select a start date, interval and housekeeper (contact) for the housekeeping activities
