ACTIVITIES OVERVIEW

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Activities are used to record a specific type of communication, as well as the subject, time and details of that communication.

Activities are actions such as emails, phone calls, meetings, etc.

Using activities helps you and the company track, measure and understand all of the communication your organization has had with each customer or prospective customer.

Activities aren't just for salespeople.If you have business dealings or relationships with anyone outside the organization - like a housekeeping service, the company you order the office water cooler from, or the condo managers of buildings in which we have suites - you should be tracking your interactions with them as activities.

They're good for productivityUsing your activity list as a daily, weekly or monthly 'to do' list can ensure you get more done and less falls through the cracks.

They can make you look goodProperly documented and managed activities are an excellent record of everything you've done or have on your plate.
