ADDING PROPERTIES

Properties are stored as products in CRM. They are special types of products called a product family, which has children as suites and parking spaces.

To add a new property to CRM.

  1. Go to Administration -> Products
  2. Click the "New Product" button
  3. Select "Property" as the Product Type
  4. Fill in as much information as possible. You must supply a name, ID codes and City. It is strongly recommended that you also provide a property type and street address as well.
  5. Click "Save" to save your new property

Permissions

Depending on the role assigned to you in CRM, you may or may not be able to add or edit property details. If you think you should have access to this ability but do not seem to be able to see or edit properties or products, please speak to your manager.
