SAVING YOUR WORK

When you create new contacts, accounts or other records, you'll need to save your work (and you'll usually need to hit save before you can move to the next step in the workflow).

Three ways to save your work

There are 3 ways to save your work in CRM.

  • SAVE at the top of the screen, which will allow you to save your work and continue on the same page
  • SAVE & CLOSE at the top of the screen, which will save your work but take you back to the main menu
  • SAVE icon in the bottom right, which will allow you to save your work and continue on the same page
