QUALIFY LEADS

In the Premiere CRM system, qualifying a lead moves it into the reservation request and quoting workflow.

How to qualify a lead

  1. Go to Sales > Leads (in the sitemap)
  2. Find the lead you want to qualify and click to bring it up on your screen
  3. Choose the lead you want to qualify
  4. Ensure you have entered as much relevant information as possible. Remember, the more detail you can include now, the easier it will be to move the qualified lead through the quote and reservation process
  5. Choose Qualify in the ribbon at the top of the screen (see screenshot below)

  1. Wait a few seconds as the system pulls all the information together
  2. You will now see the Reservation Request/Quote workflow:
