DEPARTURES OVERVIEW

When a guest is leaving a suite at the end of a stay, you will want to update the system accordingly.

On the sitemap, select SALES >> ORDERS and choose the order you'd like to work with.

You should now be in the Pre Departure section of the workflow at the top of the form.

Reservation Detail sectionOn the left-hand side of the screen, you'll see the reservation detail section.

If you have spoken to the guest and they have confirmed their departure as per the date noted in the system, mark confirmed departure as yes.

If you have sent the guest and/or the client a departure notification (typically by email), mark Departure Notification Sent as yes.

If you have scheduled a checkout inspection, mark Checkout Inspection Schedule as yes.

You can add Departure Notes from ADD NOTES in the navigation ribbon or from the Activities & Notes section near the bottom of the form.
