QUICKBOOKS ITEMS
Quickbooks items and QuickBook Accounts can be found in ACCOUNTING >> QBO SETTINGS from the sitemap:
QuickBooks items are anything that can be charged to an account, including:
- Lodging
- Rent
- Charges for extras such as long distance or storage fees
- Taxes
- Volume discounts
Active itemsActive items are QuickBooks items that are currently active in the system.
You'll see that items are assigned to the appropriate QBO Income or Expense accounts using the QBO account numbers.
QuickBook Accounts
In CRM QuickBook accounts provide the mappings to specific GL accounts in QBO. These mappings are then referenced from the items list to ensure that charges and expenses are allocated to the correct Chart of Account entries in QBO.
