WORKING WITH NOTES
The notes section can be used for any additional information you wish to attach to a record.
The notes section can be found at the bottom of most forms throughout CRM.
Simply scroll down to the Notes section, click in the text area, and start typing.

When you have finished typing, don't forget to click 'done':
Note:Depending where you are in the system, you may not always have the option of adding activities in the notes section. This is normal.
