REACTIVATE A LEAD
Sometimes a lead who canceled or postponed the need for a suite 3 months ago has called to tell you that they are now ready to book a suite.
You can put them back into the reservation and quote workflow by reactivating their record.
Simply click on REACTIVATE from the navigation ribbon at the top of the form:
The navigation ribbon will now allow you to qualify the lead and move to the reservation/quote workflow.
