CONVERT OPPORTUNITIES TO QUOTES

Go to SALES >> OPPORTUNITIES from the sitemap.

First, complete the opportunity details

On the opportunities form, you'll see My Open Opportunities (You can filter for other views as desired.)

Select one of your open opportunities, or click NEW from the navigation bar.

As you populate the fields in the opportunity form, you will see the Reservation Board automatically populate with suites and parking spaces that match your requirements.

Select the suite (and parking space, if applicable)

To add a suite or parking space to an opportunity that you will turn into a quote, click the word Add beside the item on the reservation board.

Once you have selected your items, scroll down to Product Line Items, where you will see the suites and parking spots you have added to the opportunity.

From this area, you may also add additional items by clicking the + sign in the top right of the form:
