Below the reservation board, you'l find Opportunity Details, which includes things like whether or not the guest has pets, children, needs disabled access or parking, etc.

Filling in these items will filter the reservation board options, listing only suites that meet the requirements.

Note: Some of the fields in opportunity details may also be selected in the workflow section above the reservation board.
