GENERATE CONTRACTS

To generate contracts for a specific opportunity and quote, choose SALES >> QUOTES from the sitemap, and then select the opportunity you'd like to work with.

Choose GENERATE CONTRACTS from the ribbon at the top of the page.

The system will then generate the appropriate contracts. After a few seconds, the contract documents will appear in the Documents list on the right-hand side of the screen:

To view and use the contract:

• Click on the contract link in the documents section
• When the document information appears on the screen, choose print document from the ribbon
• The contract will then open in a new browser window, ready to be sent to the client
