ACCESS THE RESERVATION BOARD

During the order and quoting process, you will see the reservation board items that meet the parameters that you have indicated in your opportunity.

However, you may access the entire reservation board at any time by choosing SALES >> RESERVATION BOARD from the sitemap.

Just choose an office, city and date to see the properties available.

IconsThe system uses icons to indicate form of ownership, splits, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and whether a suite allows pets and/or children.

To see details about these icons, simply hover over them.

Product detailsTo see detailed information about a specific product (suite or parking spot), click on the number in the product name column.

New activities and recordsFrom the reservation board, you can add new activities or records. Clicking on the downward arrow to the right of new activity or new record will open a list of navigation options from this screen.
