Error adding suite to opportunity

You get an error when adding a suite to an opportunity.

Resolution

1. Check that the suite is currently active
2. Check that the suite has a current contract
3. Check that the suite is not booked by another reservation, held by another quote, or blocked by an active case

Reservation with multiple extensions is messy

After multiple extensions for a reservation the order products and invoices for that order may be "messy" with multiple line items present.

Resolution

You can resolve many issues with multiple line items by using the Order Product Merging method.
