RESOLVE AND CLOSE A CASE
To resolve and close a case, you must first mark all the activities associated with the case as completed.
Mark activities as completedScroll down to the POSTS ACTIVITIES NOTES section to find activities associated with the case.
Roll over each activity to see its status.
Once all activities have been confirmed as completed, choose RESOLVE CASE from the navigation bar.
On the Resolve Case popup, enter the information associated with the case and click Resolve.
