Creating and Managing Housekeeping
Housekeeping records in CRM are CRM activities. They are assigned a specific due date and to a specific product (suite). They may also be assigned to a related order. Please see Activities for more information on managing Activity type records in CRM
Generate Housekeeping
To generate housekeeping for a reservation use the "Schedule Housekeeping" workflow dialog.
- Open the order you wish to generate housekeeping for
- Click the "Schedule Housekeeping" button in the ribbon
- Complete the dialog steps to select a start date, interval and housekeeper (contact) for the housekeeping activities
