CRM DASHBOARDS: A GREAT PRODUCTIVITY TOOL

One of the best features of the new Premiere CRM system is what's called 'dashboards'.

Dashboards are collections of view lists, charts and frames that give you an immediate overview of data, activities and performance indicators.

Dashboards are basically what you see when you open CRM on your screen. Because they can be customized, you can set up your dashboard to contain and prioritize the information that's most important to you, and what you use most often.

Where to find dashboards

Access to dashboards sits at the top of your screen.

Click on 'DASHBOARDS' to see your default dashboard.

If your job is primarily sales, for example, you'll likely see a sales-related dashboard. If your job is primarily guest services or administration, you'll likely see information pertaining to those functions.
