ACCOUNTS

Overview

Information about the companies you do business with are stored in Accounts.

Typically, an account has more than one contact associated with it.

To access Accounts, select Sales from the sitemap and click on Accounts.

The default view in Accounts will be 'Active Accounts', and will show all the accounts currently active in the company.

Custom Fields

Along with the fields defined by Microsoft for Accounts there are several Premiere specific fields on Accounts you should know about. These fields include:

• Preferred Language - English or French. This is the value used for generating templates including contracts for the Account.
• Do Not Rent - When checked this Account cannot be used as the potential customer on a Quote
