CONTACTS
As with other applications, in CRM, contacts are the names and contact details of the people you know and work with.
Adding contacts in Premiere CRM
To enter contacts in CRM, simply select Contacts from the Sales item on the sitemap.
Then just click NEW in the top left and you can start entering your contact's information.
Viewing and sorting contacts
While the default view for contacts is My Active Contacts, CRM offers you a wide range of ways to sort and view contacts in the system.
Just click on the dropdown arrow to the right of the contact list title to see your options.
Charts
To the right of the Contacts area on the screen, you'll see 3 circles with the word Charts. Expanding this area will allow you to see your contacts represented graphically.
Custom Fields
Along with the fields defined by Microsoft for Contacts there are several Premiere specific fields on Contacts you should know about. These fields include:
- Preferred Language - English or French. This is the value used for generating templates including contracts for the Contact.
- Do Not Rent - When checked this Contact cannot be used as the potential customer on a Quote
