CHANGING YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD

Username Changes

Because your username is the 'unique identifier' used to identify all your activities in CRM (and is your Premiere email address), we recommend you do not change it.

If you think you should change your username for a specific reason, please speak to your manager.

Changing your password

For security reasons, you will be required to change your password from time to time. You can also request a password reset if you have forgotten your password.

Password Resets

To reset your password please contact support. Please note that you must provide an alternate email to send a temporary password to, and we must verify your request.

A temporary password will be provided to you. You must change your temporary password before you use the system. Go to https://dynamics.premieresuites.com and enter your username (email) and temporary password. You will be asked to select a new password at that time.

Strength

Your new password must meet the strengh conditions of our system. That includes being at least 8 characters in length, includes at least one upper case letter, at least one lower case letter and at least one number.

Email

Your CRM and email user accounts are the same. They use the same authentication system database. This means that changing your CRM password will change your email password and vice-versa.
