HOW TO GET A USERNAME AND PASSWORD

Your username is your Premiere email address.

A temporary password will be provided to you by your manager or a representative of the IT department. You must change your temporary password before you use the system. Go to https://dynamics.premieresuites.com and enter your username (email) and temporary password. You will be asked to select a new password at that time.

If you do not have a username or password, please speak to your manager.

Password Notes

Strength

Your password must meet the strengh conditions of our system. That includes being at least 8 characters in length, includes at least one upper case letter, at least one lower case letter and at least one number.

Expiry

All user password expire at a preset interval. You must change your password prior to the expiry date or you will be locked out of your account until you change your password.

Email

Your CRM and email user accounts are the same. They use the same authentication system database. This means that changing your CRM password will change your email password and vice-versa.
