ADDING GUESTS TO A RESERVATION

Use the add guest feature to add a guest record (and associated split order) to a reservation. On their own guest orders can be used for tracking arrival and departure of secondary guests on a reservation - when the guest arrival or departure differ from the reservation arrival or departure. Additionaly guest orders can be used for billing incidentals to guests or splitting rent charges to guests.

From the sitemap, choose SALES >> ORDERS.

Select the order you'd like to work with.

On the order form, choose Manage Stay from the ribbon at the top and click on the downward arrow to the right.

You will see several options:

Select add guest and follow the prompts on the pop-up window.

Click finish when you are done.
