HELPFUL TERMINOLOGY

  • Products - A CRM base entity (modified for Premiere) that represents inventory (like Suites and Parking) and additional services that may be sold to customers
  • Cases - Entities used to track issues with suites in CRM. These can optionally block the inventory from being used (booked).
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM - the base CRM platform used by the system
  • Entities - A type of record in CRM
  • Contacts - An entity representing an individual person
  • Accounts - An entity representing a company (or group)
  • Customers - Can be one of an account or a contact. Some special fields in CRM are customer fields where they can be either a contact or account.
