Using search

You always need to hit the magnifying glass icon - the system won't search automatically or just by hitting return.

SAVE button

Get familiar with the SAVE icon in the bottom right - it appears on every screen and is a quick way to save whatever you're working on.

PIN icon

See that pushpin icon to the left of the headings on pages? Once you've selected a particular filter or view, click once on that pin icon to set that view as your default any time you are in that form or page.
