TOGGLING VIEWS

One of the most flexible features of CRM Dynamics is the ability to toggle views in almost any area of the site.

To see the options for the particular activity you're working on, just click on the small downward arrow to the right of the title of what you're doing.

In this image, we see the options presented when we click the downward arrow to the right of 'Sales Activity Social Dashboard':

Remember, depending on how your role is set in the system, you may see more or fewer items in your various views.
