GDPR Compliance

Premiere Suites is compliant with all relevant privacy legislation, including GDPR. This compliance is required in order to maintain relationships with several clients and suppliers including international clients and relocation companies.

Your Liability

Please note that under GDRP and other privacy legislation you are personally partially responsible and liable for compliance. You can be personally liable for violations of these laws. The Premiere Suites CRM system has been design to allow for compliant processes, it is your responsibility to be aware of and compliant within these processes.

GDPR Compliance in CRM

Contacts

• Must have a single source for personal data – not duplicated records
• No longer allowed duplicate contacts in CRM
• Duplicate contacts are those with the same email

Accounts

• Each branch will have a local Account – e.g World Wide Widgets – this account will be owned and managed at the branch level
• Every account will have a parent account at the NHO level
• Will not be able to create duplicate accounts in branch
• Will only be able to assign your accounts to your orders

Marketing

• Sales automation emails are covered by transactional processing
• Marketing automation emails are managed via opt-in lists and user preferences
• Additional compliance training is required to use marketing automation tools in CRM
