Managing Web Properties in CRM

Properties listed on the website are managed from CRM. They can be found in Marketing -> Web Properties

Content

• Name – actual name displayed in listings and top of page
• Meta Title/Description – SEO specific fields that can be edited, used in page title (displayed in tab), and description content (including share tags)
• Summary – text displayed with property
• Amenities - Control which amenities are listed per property

Both English and French content are on the same Web property record. If no French content is present than English content is used on French site.

Rules for Display

In order to display a Web Property must have all of the following

• Related Property must have at least one Suite that is not an outsourced partner (split, owned or leased)
• Related Property must have at least one active (by contract) Suite
• Web property record must indicate that it has at least one bedroom type (including Studio)
• Web property record must have at least one photo
