REMOVING PROPERTIES

You should never delete a property but instead deactivate it by retiring it.

Please note that once a product is retired, it can never be un-retired. You should never retire a property product that has active children products such as suites or parking spaces. If you retire a product that is being used by an order the billing for that order will be permanently broken.

Permissions

Depending on the role assigned to you in CRM, you may or may not be able to add or edit property details. If you think you should have access to this ability but do not seem to be able to see or edit properties or products, please speak to your manager.
