Basic CRM Knowledge

Use of this guide presupposes that you have a working knowledge of the base CRM dynamics system. If you have not used CRM Dynamics or are unfamiliar with the basics of that system - how to use it, different base entity types and how to get data from the system then you should complete the base CRM training before using this guide.
